I am a marketing and communications expert, obsessed with building successful hospitality and lifestyle brands.

Some clients want strategy. Some want it delivered too. I do both.

Gabrielle Stewart

For over 20 years I've been living and breathing hospitality and lifestyle brands.

I build strategy, deliver marketing plans and direct PR and communications initiatives for Australia's leading hospitality operators, local producers and beverage brands.

What sets me apart from other specialists is that I know business inside and out. I've sat on your side of the table, having co-directed a prominent Sydney communications agency for 7+ years.

Two decades in, I'm still obsessed with what makes a brand work and how it can drive business success.

Working with me looks a little different to other consultants - I dig deep to work out the best path forward. It's not guesswork.

Where I play

BRAND INSIGHTS + STRATEGY

Insights must drive strategy. I've developed a brand diagnosis product that surfaces the insights needed to inform a successful brand strategy - no more guesswork, this is real data driving business success.

MARKETING

I take a hands-on leadership role to develop marketing plans, oversee their implementation, or roll up my sleeves and do it myself. This offering is tailored to your existing team structure and where the gaps are - a strategic overlay that keeps the marketing plan efficient and effective.

COMMUNICATIONS + PR

Essential to any successful marketing plan is the ability to write and tell a powerful story. Not every campaign has a place in media - knowing which ones do, and shaping the story that gets them there, is something I've honed over a 20-year career in this space.

Why It Works

One person, one contact.

THE USUAL WAY

✗ Multiple partners to deliver one project, the strategist doesn't execute

✗ The strategy shifts along the way and the direction gets lost in the handover of agencies

✗ The client's time is absorbed with multiple check ins, reports and recommendations, slowing the process down

✗ Multiple suppliers = higher costs

WORKING WITH ME

✓ One partner, with 20+ years of experience, across key marketing and brand pillars

✓ Senior counsel throughout, backed by a trusted creative team for content, design & copy

✓ A single point of contact, start to finish, increasing client productivity

✓ As a previous agency owner, I understand business and team leadership - I can step in and out of existing teams with ease.
